Today is my mom's 80th birthday. She is pretty amazing for her age. I swear she has more energy than I do and she's always game for anything. Last fall, she came with us to Ann Arbor for a Michigan football game. We walked a mile to and from the stadium, plus we entered the stadium at row 73 and walked down to our seats in row 15. She handled it with no problem. As far as her health, her cholesterol is her only problem. I hope when I reach 80, I am doing half as well.
